Return & Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in resalable condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. You’ll also need to include the original invoice or a copy of it.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@geeteedecors.com or call us at +91 98334 55013 or +91 82918 58280. Returns must be shipped to the address we provide upon your return request. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please share the courier tracking number (AWB) with us via email.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Customised or made-to-order items (e.g., planters, artefacts, or paintings)

Used, damaged, or altered products

Items returned without original packaging or documentation

Sale items and gift cards

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Exceptions will be made only if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or not as described. If you have any questions about your item’s eligibility, please reach out.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved:

Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method

COD orders require valid bank details for refund processing

Refunds or store credits will be processed within 7–10 business days

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor its delivery.
