At Modecor, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time. We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your products reach you in perfect condition.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email or SMS with your order number and tracking details.

Custom or bulk orders may take longer to process. In such cases, our team will contact you directly.

Shipping Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–8 business days

  • Remote / Out-of-Service Areas: Delivery time may vary based on local courier coverage

Note: Delivery timelines are estimated and may be impacted by weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen logistics delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1,000

  • A standard shipping fee of ₹100 may apply on orders below ₹1,000

  • Shipping charges for COD orders, if any, will be displayed at checkout

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for select pin codes

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate to avoid delays

  • We may verify COD orders via call or SMS before dispatch

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

For any tracking-related queries, you can always reach out to our customer care team.

Delivery Issues
If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

If your order is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, notify us within 24 hours so we can coordinate with the courier partner.

Please note that any delivery refusal or incorrect address details may result in delays or additional charges.

International Shipping
